RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MINI MEME, we are committed to offering products that both you and your little one will love. However, if for any reason you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package promptly. If you notice any damages or missing items, report the issue to us within 5 business days by emailing contact@minime.baby. Provide detailed descriptions and photos of any problems to help us address your concerns properly.

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original barcode tag

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email once we process your return request. You are eligible to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team at contact@minime.baby with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to replace any item, we recommend following the above return process and then placing a new order for the desired item(s) through our website.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
