Where is my package?

After your order is dispatched, we send you an email containing a hyperlink to track your parcel with the selected courier.

You may check your order status on our 'Track Your Order' page.

If the link does not work or there has been no update on your parcel's location for 3-4 days, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at contact@minime.baby, and we will investigate the matter for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

How much is delivery? Do you ship internationally?

We are pleased to offer free worldwide delivery for all orders.

How can I process a return?

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To learn more about our return policy, please refer to the 'Return and Exchange' page on our website

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at contact@minime.baby with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number. We will get back to you promptly.

Do you offer exchanges?

At the moment, MINI ME does not offer exchanges in the USA. For more details, please visit our 'Return and Exchange' page

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel or change it. However, contact us immediately at contact@minime.baby, and we will do our best to assist you. Note that once your order has been processed in our warehouse, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
