RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

At MINI MEME, we are committed to offering products that both you and your little one will love. However, if for any reason you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package promptly. If you notice any damages or missing items, report the issue to us within 5 business days by emailing contact@minime.baby. Provide detailed descriptions and photos of any problems to help us address your concerns properly.

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original barcode tag

We will send you the return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email once we process your return request. You are eligible to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Please be aware that returns which do not comply with our policy cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team at contact@minime.baby with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you.

Exchanges

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to replace any item, we recommend following the above return process and then placing a new order for the desired item(s) through our website.
